Having a listing on page one of Google is like winning the lottery in a way. I mean there are only a few spots on the first page of the results for any search term and potentially millions of websites trying to get there.  So how could anyone say that this is easy?

Well! The simple matter is that most of the sites that are on page one are there because no one else has done a good enough job of knocking them off.

By using good fundamentals and doing proper research you are well on your way to a page one listing.
