Some people are natural bosses. They seem to instinctively know how to
delegate tasks, balance responsibilities and implement strategies. Then,
there is your boss. Oh, sure, he or she seems to be an all right person in
some ways and probably knows a little bit about the business.
Still, all of those annoying decisions and a refusal to see what you can
see about running things better are pretty frustrating and makes you think
of a home based business.
You could do better, right? Unfortunately, that might not happen where you
are at right now. What kind of degree is your boss toting? How long has he
or she been on the job? Are you next in line? Are you even next in line
behind the person who is next in line?
If you think you can handle being the boss, you don’t have to practice
your puckering skills, clock in five minutes early every day for twelve
years, or date the company president’s kid. You just have to have the
courage and wherewithal to start your own work at home business.
